Leadership is a conferred responsibility assigned to individuals occupying authoritative positions. However, the execution of this responsibility varies among those in leadership roles, owing to the prevalence of diverse leadership styles. Each leadership style exhibits distinct commonalities and differences, influencing the reactions and conduct of the subordinate cohort.

Consequently, the twenty-first century has identified three prominent types of leadership approaches: Servant Leadership, Transactional Leadership, and Transformational Leadership.
