My first order of action as a theoretical ‘world dictator’ and custodian of global affairs is to identify and differentiate the intricacies that influence the world’s stochastic disorder and the intentional factors, that consequentially, indicate statistical variations that define the patterns that instigate or facilitate, either directly or by proxy, issues in the world, by utilizing the most advanced technology and AI-driven algorithmic pattern detection and the semiotic interrelations between pivotal world events and the surmount of political dichotomies that disparate communications and informational nodes.
